With 120 registered participants, many of whom are Ironman distance finishers, Triathlon Brescia DTTRI brings together athletes specializing in various triathlon disciplines, who value training together as an added value. “Have fun first” is the mantra that accompanies every training session, in an inclusive approach to sport that allows no barriers to entry: every enthusiast is welcome and trains at their own pace, learning to improve, building on shared experiences, and sharing successes.
The president and driving force behind the association is Mauro Ciarrocchi, a triathlete and ultramarathon runner since 1994, with seven Ironman World Championship finals in Hawaii under his belt and countless victories and placings in the Ultraman Wales, Elbaman, Norseman, and ultramarathons around the world. Ciarrocchi is a FLOKY ambassador: a face that bears witness to the exceptional effects of biomechanical socks on athletic performance.
